  • How many uses do I get out of one kit?

    All of our bath kits have been designed for single use so that you can draw the perfect bath every single time. With our custom kits you don’t have to spend time mixing and matching variants and determining their exact quantities. The contents of our bath kit are pre-measured and curated with complementary fragrances to allow you to have the best bathing experience.

    You can also use the contents in different bath as per your liking.

  • In what order do I use the content of the bath kit?

    After you get the bath running and the water reaches the perfect temperature, start by emptying the pouch of bath soak in to it. Once you give this a good whirl, proceed by slowly pouring in the bubble solution under running water. Finally, toss in your bath bomb and what you have is the perfect bath ready for you to soak in!

  • How do I choose my variants?

    Whether you’re in the mood to relax and unwind after a long day or you’re looking for a mood booster to recharge, we have a bath kit just for you! Once you arrive on the page where our products are listed, simply select a category that resonates with you and you will be presented with options that are perfect for you. Our most popular variants fall under the categories of – Cleanse, Recharge, Relax, Rest & Romance.

  • I have sensitive skin; can I use your products?

    Yes! Our products are crafted from natural, vegan ingredients so that they are gentle on your skin. However, we do advice that you read our ingredient list and refrain from using our products in case you’re allergic to any particular ingredient.

  • Can children use your bath kits?

    Yes, of course! Our products are natural and safe and can be used by most.
    However, we recommend that children under the age of 5 are supervised while they are in the shower.  Also since these products are for external use only, care should be taken to ensure that they are placed out of reach from children to avoid any ingestion of the contents of the bath kit. 

  • Will the bath bomb, salts or bubble solution stain my tub?

    Since our products are created from natural ingredients, it's highly unlikely that they stain the tub. In the event that they leave a residue around the tub, all you need is a quick rinse to get rid of it!

    As an added precaution, be sure to not put them directly on the bottom of your tub to avoid to discolouration. 

  • Can the contents of the bath kit make the tub slippery?

    Since most of the contents of the Solitude Living bath kits produce suds and may leave a residue, we strongly advice that the tub be rinsed after each use. It is the  responsibility of the customer to ensure they use these products with caution to avoid risk of falls and take the necessary precautions.

  • Are there any precautions I need to take while using your products?

    Our products have been created keeping your safety and comfort paramount. Our products are meant for external use only, and we urge you to follow all the instructions for use listed on our packaging for best results. We also encourage you to drink ample water prior to the bath or during it, to avoid dehydration.

  • Can I send a bath kit as a gift?

    Of course! Simply check the 'This Is A Gift' box and  enter the details of your recipient in the shipping details during checkout and we will ensure that your selection of gift from our website is shipped to them. Just be sure to add your own address in the 'Billing Address' section and the address of the recipient in the 'Shipping Address' field.

    Your recipient will receive a special handwritten note as well as a gift receipt if you choose along with their package. So as soon as they open it, they will be sure to know who the gift is from!

  • Which areas do you ship to?

    We are pleased to offer delivery services across Canada and U.S.A.

    We also offer free curbside pickup at 147 Liberty Street, Toronto, M6K3G3. Just choose this option at the checkout. You will receive an email notification as soon as your pickup is ready. 



  • How long does it take for me to receive my bath kit once I place an order?

    Once we receive your order, we make sure to dispatch it within 48 working hours. Orders are expected to be delivered within 2-5 business days of shipping, depending on location. Check our Shipping Policy for more information.

     

    Even though we do our best to ensure that we stick within the specified delivery timeframes, we request you to accommodate any delays that may be caused due to COVID at the present time.  

     

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards as payment including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  When placing an order online, you also have the option to pay via Google Pay and Apple Pay. 

    Our online POS system utilizes state of the art data encryption technology to ensure that your credit information is never viewed by or shared with unauthorized personnel. 

  • How can I track my package?

    When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link which will allow you to effortlessly track your package at all times.

  • What happens if I accidentally provide the the wrong address for delivery?

    We recommend that customers let us know about any incorrect information provided during the time of placing the order, as soon as possible. 
    Even though we take all measures to ensure that your order is processed smoothly, we are unable to make any changes once your order has already been shipped out. Solitude Living is not responsible for any lost parcels and will not provide a refund for customer error.

  • What if my order gets returned back to Solitude Living?

    All of our orders reach their intended destination if the particulars of the order are correctly filled out while placing it  and the recipient ensures that the package is collected safely. 
    However, in the event a parcel gets returned back to us, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee again as Canada Post charges apply for a new shipping label and service again for re-delivering.
